Please read these Terms carefully before using the AxonProm service. By creating an account, you agree to all conditions listed below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the AxonProm platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including administrators, team members, and guests.
2. Description of Service
AxonProm is a cloud-based project and work-item tracking platform that enables teams to manage tasks, track time, generate reports, and collaborate efficiently. Features include, but are not limited to, work-item management, time tracking, team management, and role-based access control (RBAC).
3. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. AxonProm reserves the right to terminate accounts that use inaccurate or misleading information.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
AxonProm offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; (b) upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems; (d) use the Service to send unsolicited communications; (e) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of AxonProm and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as work-item descriptions, notes, and reports). By submitting content, you grant AxonProm a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You represent that you have the right to submit such content.
9. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and events beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AxonProm and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases. You may export your data via the Service prior to termination. AxonProm reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
