Project management
Give every project a team, a plan and clear ownership with milestones, sprints and connected work items.
Explore Project management →Project progress tells one part of the story; recorded time and expenses tell another. AxonProm provides time-based cost summaries and visual work reports so your team can review delivery and resource use with a shared set of project data.
Time-based cost is calculated from recorded hours and the user’s configured hourly rate. Review project hours and costs together. The result depends on the time entries and rates you maintain; it is a reporting aid rather than an accounting or invoicing system.
Record a project expense with an amount, date and description. Review expenses in the project cost summary and cost-by-project report. Date and project filters let you focus a review on the relevant reporting period.
Use visual work reports for status, priority, workload, trends and open-item age. Arrange and resize report widgets, then save the view privately or share it within the workspace. Each user’s access still determines the project data they can read.
For a project cost review, bring the relevant inputs together:
Maintain user hourly rates and record the project’s time entries.
Add dated project expenses with descriptions that explain the spend.
Review the cost report for the selected period and compare it with work progress.
Recorded time multiplied by the relevant user hourly rates contributes labor cost. Recorded project expenses contribute to the cost-by-project view. Filters determine which records are included.
Yes. Saved reports can be shared within the workspace. Sharing a view does not grant access to projects a teammate is not authorized to read.
